Carol has 14 years of experience practicing Massage Therapy. She has finished her Osteopathic studies at The Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2018.

She focuses on using techniques such as Cranio-Sacral therapy, Visceral Manipulations and Joint Mobilization, in order to help with lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and digestive dysfunctions. Carol is passionate about prenatal and postnatal care, helping mothers prepare for their pregnancies in order to facilitate a smooth experience or to help mothers get back into their athletic routines. This combination allows Carol to have great success by taking a global approach to the human body; she assesses current symptoms and analyzes past medical history. Having completed many Cranio-sacral, anatomy and biomechanical courses over the last 10 years has allowed her to focus on the primary symptoms meanwhile trying to figure out the key factor to the problem.

10 years ago Osteopathy was introduced into Carol’s life and has changed it completely. It has increased her knowledge in anatomy of the human body which has allowed her to better her practice. Her goal for her practice is to educate clients in self-awareness. She enjoys working as a team with clients in order to reach their health goals, while providing a safe space for healing and self-exploration.
